50ml Bi-Mixer gun 1:1

The 50ml Bi-Mixer manual dispenser makes dispensing two-component adhesives smooth and simple, time after time. Easy to load, the dispenser fits comfortably in either hand. Large enough to provide useful thrust even with higher viscosity materials, the dispenser remains lightweight, and allows application in confined spaces, if necessary. We include a 1:1 plunger, to match all the Advanced Adhesives two-component 50ml cartridges.

400ml Bi-Mixer gun 1:1

High quality, metal framed cartridge gun for 400ml twin tube/twin cartridge type adhesives makes application of structural adhesives easy and precise. A 400ml twin cartridge gun is essential for dispensing the larger 400ml twin tube packs of our structural adhesives. This high leverage, well built gun is ideally suited for use with a static mixer nozzle where the powerful trigger action creates the required pressure to easily push even the most viscous adhesives easily through the mixer.

Model 100 Air Cartridge Dispense Gun - 310ml

Pneumatically operated, hand held cartridge dispenser.

This applicator provides a convenient, cost effective method for applying product with minimal waste.

The adjustable dispense rate is set via the integral air pressure regulator.

The applicator fits 1:1 and 2:1 mix ratio products.

Gluematic 500

This pneumatically operated unit provides an effective way of dispensing products with a viscosity of up to 10,000 m.Pas. (cps) contained in bottles up to 500 grams.

Air pressure is used to drive adhesive along a product feed tube. Hand operated applicators are then used to control the amount of adhesive applied to the surface. The Gluematic  pen unit can control large volumes of adhesive and for dispensing small dots only.

The AIP Gluematic range of semi-automatic dispensers are available as standard, off the shelf, models. The equipment provides a simple but accurate method of control of dispensing adhesives, enabling users to achieve the best possible output while maintaining the highest quality application.

Each model is designed to take standard product packs, and can come supplied with a full spares kit if required.

Gluematic 600

This Gluematic is designed for use with syringe packed products, it provides controlled product dispensing, together with a timed suck-back facility, which operates at the completion of the dispense cycle. This facility is particularly useful with stringy products and helps achieve a sharp adhesive cut-off when the application is complete.

The dispense and suck-back times are programmed for sequential operation, and both can be adjusted to give a high degree of dispense control.

The Gluematic 600 dispense controller can also be built into automatic and semi-automatic equipment when cartridge packed products are used on longer production runs.

Gluematic 700

The Gluematic 700 is designed to give accurate dispensing of low to medium viscosity products in bottle packs up to 500grams. It is particularly suitable for operator controlled bench-top production work.

Dispensing is regulated by an electronic timer controlled pinchvalve mounted on the unit. The dispense function can be initiated in a variety of ways, and the point of application is controlled by hand.

Gluematic 800

The unit is supplied with an integral pressure reservoir and the controls to drive a remote dispense valve. A choice of valve types are available for remote fitting, enabling the controller and valve locations to be tailored to suit both semi and fully automatic machine requirements. A facility is incorporated which enables the controller to automatically advance and retract a remotely mounted valve.

When built into automatic machines, an “end-of-cycle” circuitcan be ordered (or retro-fitted to existing units on-site).
